At Dream Float Hawaii, your safety and experience are our top priority. To maintain the highest level of care and cleanliness, we kindly ask that all guests review the following guidelines before booking:
General Restrictions
Please do not book if any of the following apply:
- 🚫 Fresh piercings that are still healing
- 🚫 Fresh tattoos (less than 10 days old)
- 🚫 Recently dyed hair (within the past 10 days)
- 🚫 Large or open wounds
✅ Small cuts or scrapes are okay – we provide an organic, natural barrier gel to protect the skin during your float. This is a common concern for surfers and active guests, and we’re happy to accommodate with care.
By booking a service, you confirm that you meet these conditions or have disclosed otherwise with a team member prior to your visit.
🌊 Float Therapy – Service Disclaimer
To protect our float tanks and your comfort:
- Freshly dyed hair, open wounds, or healing tattoos/piercings are not permitted
- Small abrasions or surf scrapes are fine — we’ll apply protective gel if needed
- If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out prior to your float
❄️ Cold Plunge – Service Disclaimer
Please avoid the cold plunge if you:
- Have uncontrolled heart conditions or high blood pressure
- Are pregnant (unless cleared by your doctor)
- Have large open wounds or signs of illness
Always listen to your body. Cold exposure is intense but beneficial when done responsibly.
🎁 Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for all services and subject to the same guest policies. Recipients agree to these terms upon redemption.
